This policy covers the MarketplaceHunt account-preview version. Marketplace search, credit grants and purchases are not available in this version.
Who operates MarketplaceHunt
MarketplaceHunt is operated by Benny's Bakery Project LLC, New York, United States. Contact support@marketplacehunt.com about privacy or account data.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your account identifier, email and verification status. The provider may also return your name, profile image URL and provider identifier. Supabase stores authentication records, provider metadata and sessions to manage your MarketplaceHunt account. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.
We use account information to authenticate you, display your account and handle support or deletion requests. Technical information, including connection details and authentication or error logs, is processed to operate the service and prevent abuse. We also process information you choose to send to support.
What Facebook sign-in does not do
We request basic profile and email permissions only. This does not give us your private messages, friends list or Facebook Marketplace session. We do not use your social-login credentials to collect Marketplace listings or for advertising.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Vercel hosts the website and server endpoints. Google or Meta handles the sign-in you select. Support mail is forwarded by Cloudflare to our Google-hosted support inbox. These providers process the information needed for their respective services; they may process data in the United States and other locations where they operate.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for sign-in sessions and secure authentication redirects. Signing out ends the local application session. This version does not include advertising pixels or a product-analytics SDK. We do not sell social-login data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active. You can request deletion through our data deletion instructions. After ownership is verified, we remove the active account and its linked login identities and verify the outcome before confirming completion.
Deletion from the active service does not instantly remove copies in infrastructure logs or backups. Those copies follow the providers' retention cycles. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup. If a backup is restored, completed deletion requests must be reapplied before the service is reopened. Support correspondence and a minimal record of the request may be kept to resolve the request and document its outcome.
Earlier private-pilot accounts may already have credit records. This version does not create or change those records. Requests concerning such records are assessed separately, and we explain any remaining records rather than claim they have been erased.
Your choices and updates
You can contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. Removing MarketplaceHunt from Facebook or Google does not itself delete information already stored here. Material changes to this account-preview policy will be reflected on this page.
